About This Route
The Lakeland 100 is the UK's cult ultra: 105 miles and 6,300 metres of climbing in a single anticlockwise loop of the entire Lake District, starting and finishing in Coniston. Fusedale in the dark, Blencathra at dawn, the endless drag over Fell Foot — with the Lakeland 50 sharing the second half, the July weekend has become British ultrarunning's family reunion, selling out within minutes.
Finishing earns you a place in the '100 Club' — and a story for life. Our 3D printed terrain model captures the full loop across the fells in relief, every pass and valley of the route traced from Coniston back to Coniston.
