To create a quality 3D printed model, your Strava activity must include:

• GPS coordinate data with sufficient detail for terrain mapping
• Elevation data throughout the activity route
• Minimum activity distance of 2km for meaningful terrain features
• Outdoor activities only (indoor trainer sessions cannot be converted)
• Routes with sufficient elevation variation for interesting 3D features

All PrintMyPR models are manufactured in our UK facility using:

• Professional-grade 3D printers for consistent quality
• High-quality materials tested for durability and detail
• Multi-stage quality control processes
• Careful finishing and post-processing when required
• Protective packaging to prevent shipping damage

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

• Order number and product specifications
• Selected activity information and preview
• Estimated manufacturing and shipping timeframe
• Tracking information (provided when item ships)

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before manufacturing begins. After manufacturing starts, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Secure OAuth authentication - we never access your Strava password
• We only access the specific activity you select for your order
• GPS and elevation data is processed solely to generate your terrain model
• Your activity data is permanently deleted after model generation
• You can revoke our Strava access at any time without affecting your order

Our Strava integration fully complies with Strava's API Terms of Service and Brand Guidelines. We maintain authorized developer status and follow all platform requirements.

Custom 3D printed models are manufactured to order with the following timeline:

• Model Generation: 1-2 business days after order placement
• 3D Printing: 2-5 business days depending on size and complexity
• Post-Processing & QC: 1-2 business days for finishing and quality checks
• Packaging & Shipping: 1 business day

Total production time: 5-10 business days before shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions apply:

• Large models may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
• International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
• Remote or high-risk locations may require alternative shipping arrangements
• PO Box delivery may not be available for all product sizes

Upon receiving your PrintMyPR terrain model:

• Inspect the package immediately for shipping damage
• Report any shipping damage to the carrier and us within 48 hours
• Examine your model for manufacturing defects within 7 days
• Contact us immediately if you identify any quality issues

All prices are clearly displayed during the ordering process and include applicable VAT for UK customers.

• Payment is required in full before manufacturing begins
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• All transactions are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices include model generation, 3D printing, finishing, and standard packaging
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and delivery speed

For international customers:

• Prices are displayed in GBP but may be charged in your local currency
• Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are your responsibility
• We'll declare the full product value for customs purposes
• Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

As our products are custom-manufactured specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard retail goods:

We provide full refunds in these situations:

• Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or appearance
• Shipping damage that cannot be repaired
• Significant errors in reproducing your selected activity route
• We cannot manufacture your model due to insufficient activity data
• Delivery delays exceeding 4 weeks from estimated ship date

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos of any defects or issues
• We'll provide a prepaid return label if the return is approved
• Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item

We may offer exchanges for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or activities are treated as new custom orders.

We warrant that your custom terrain model will be:

• Manufactured from the activity data you selected
• Made from high-quality materials as specified in your order
• Free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery
• Accurately scaled and finished according to your specifications

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from handling or display
• Damage from dropping, impacts, or mishandling
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals
• Modifications or repairs attempted by the customer
• Damage from inappropriate display or storage conditions

You own the physical terrain model we manufacture for you and can:

• Display, gift, or sell your physical model
• Photograph and share images of your model
• Use your model for personal or commercial purposes

PrintMyPR retains rights to:

• Our proprietary terrain generation algorithms and processes
• Manufacturing techniques and quality standards
• The PrintMyPR brand, trademarks, and business methods

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the selected Strava activity data
• The activity data doesn't infringe on any third-party rights
• You're responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized use of activity data

PrintMyPR's liability is limited to:

• Replacement or refund for manufacturing defects
• Reimbursement for shipping costs if we're at fault
• The purchase price of your specific order

We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or disappointment
• Costs exceeding your order value

Our terrain models are designed for display purposes. While made from safe materials, they are not toys and may have small parts or sharp edges. Keep away from small children and use appropriate care when handling.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

UK customers retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These Terms work alongside, not in place of, your statutory consumer protections.
