Ironman 70.3 Swansea takes the brand's Welsh heartland to the Gower: a bay swim off the city's beachfront, then a 90-kilometre bike leg rolling west through the AONB's lanes and climbs with the peninsula's coastline for company, before the run along the seafront to the finish by the marina.
