About This Route

Box Hill is Britain's most-ridden climb: the Zig Zag Road's 2.5 kilometres of smooth 5% switchbacks through the Surrey Hills, made world-famous when the London 2012 Olympic road race looped it nine times and now ridden hundreds of times a day, every day, by London's cyclists.

It's nobody's hardest climb — and that's the point. Box Hill is the ritual: the weekend loop, the café at the top, the segment you've done four hundred times. Our 3D printed terrain model captures the North Downs scarp with the Zig Zag traced up it, a piece of every Surrey ride you've ever done.

Printed in the UK, customised with your text, free UK shipping — or upload your own GPX and put your whole loop on the model.
